Do you want Mechs. In Cairn?

Do you like the idea of jungle warfare, or urban warfare, but you can see exactly where the other guy is because you're all in Mechs?

Like, scale would largely factor in to whether you would see each other over the tree tops and I guess it would depend on how large the buildings are if it was an urban environment.

Do you wanna die in space? In a robot? In a giant robot?

I didn't write in any rules about dying in space, but I wrote in rules for having a giant robot. More of a moderately-sized robot because I find building-sized mecha behemoths kind of out there no matter how much I think they're cool.

But you could totally have that if you wanted, I'm not stopping you. No one is.

You're in a giant robot. They're not. No one can stop you.

Here it is. Mechacairn. Enjoy. Thank you.

Actually speaking on the supplement. It's largely as supplemental as they come. It mostly just adds on the novelty of controlling a mech in Cairn, with the rules largely unchanged.

What's in your inventory dictates what you have installed and what's in your inventory lets you do things like. Take away someone's sensory input.

Or blast them with a rocket salvo because you were feeling contrarian to them pointing a mecha-sized Flemish polearm at you.

It's simple, it adheres pretty much to base Cairn. I feel it's also pretty open-ended in some aspects, enough that there's enough room to play around with the In Fiction specifics. If you like that, you might like this.

Thank you for checking this out.
